We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Senior Social Content Producer to join our team to help shape the future of living-one thoughtful detail at a time.
From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery.
What you'll be doing:

• Produce social-first content end-to-end - from ideation to filming, editing, captioning, and final delivery.
• Create high-quality short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Spot emerging trends and cultural moments, turning them into brand-relevant, regionally resonant content.
• Manage content calendars and maintain a consistent, on-brand social presence.
• Develop content strategies using audience insights, campaign goals, and performance learnings.
• Analyse content results to refine creative direction and boost engagement.
• Collaborate with regional, brand, creative, merchandising, and paid media teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.
• Coordinate with agencies, creators, and freelancers to scale content production when needed.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience creating social content (brand, media, creator, or agency).
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut, with good understanding of lighting.
• Experience filming with mobile devices and compact cameras; familiarity with DJI, mirrorless, or DSLR cameras is a plus.
• Deep understanding of social algorithms, platform-specific storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Comfortable working across US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and UK cultural and social nuances to tailor content to each market.
