About the team
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Senior Social Media & Content Executive to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, and driving engagement across various platforms to promote our brand and products. This role will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and customer engagement. This role will be based in Singapore reporting to the General Manager of Marketing.
What your responsibilities will be
Social Media:
Responsible for managing Lenskart Singapore social media accounts daily to achieve the overall business and marketing goals
Responsible for spearheading experimentations on new and emerging social media platforms, content types, and AI tools
Collaborate with local marketing teams to plan and schedule short-form video content to grow our overall social media presence
Collaborate with the central creative team to plan and create seasonal content for key campaigns and launches
Monitor social media and digital marketing trends as well as the competitive landscape to share learnings and best practices with the broader teams proactively
Support ideation, planning and execution for integrated global marketing campaigns and regional partner teams
Content:
Produce and execute static and video content that drives engagement and traffic as part of Lenskart\'s campaigns, always-on content and social strategy
Contribute to quarterly content strategy with insights, planners and budget in mind.
Who we are looking for
Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in related disciplines
2-4 years of solid experience in digital content marketing or related fields
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
A compelling and creative storyteller with a knack for creating and crafting engaging video content across different platforms that delivers results
Proficient in video production and photo editing
In-depth knowledge and experience with social media platforms
An extrovert with well-developed interpersonal, team-building and relationship management skills
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required
Preferred Qualification
Basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus
