• Develop system software for radio monitoring solutions
• Analyze and understand requirements from customers, product managers and test specifications
• Provide technical leadership in software design and development
• Coordinate and integrate development between multi-site teams
• Maintain high software quality standards

• Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
• Min 5 years experience in object-oriented programming with proficiency in C++ programming, software design (e.g. MVVM, design patterns) and Qt framework
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes (e.g. SCRUM) and SDLC
• Experience in common software development tools and environment (e.g. Jira, Jenkins, Gitlab)
• Domain knowledge in radio equipment and RF communication systems a plus
• Good understanding of user experience design an advantage
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively in a multi-national team
