Mission of the Role:

As a

Senior Software Engineer (Developer) - AI-Driven

, you'll take the lead in shaping our internal infrastructure and DevOps processes. You'll work across the product lifecycle to deliver scalable, high-quality systems and tools that power our teams with a sharp eye for detail and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Enhancements:

Maintaining as well as adding new functionality and features to our existing infrastructure to support new initiatives

System Integrations:

Integrating new services and features that our company decide to use/purchase such as new payment processors and other third party tools

Internal Tools Development

: The design and development of new internal tools that help the different teams to: achieve new capabilities that they couldn't do before reduce time and effort required so they can focus on higher-impact decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Management, UX/UI, Marketing and other teams to define and implement new features that directly support business outcomes.

Mentoring:

Lead the technical execution of projects that require our more junior developers - delegating them correctly and guiding through to completion (mostly hands off except the start and end). Reviewing code from your junior counterparts to help them improve and ensure good implementation with best practices

Key Skills Required:

At least 4 years of experience in web development

, with a solid track record of building and maintaining real-world applications. We're flexible on language but experience with

Node.js, PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, or MySQL

is a strong plus.

Problem-solving mindset is essential

. We're looking for someone who can confidently navigate complex technical challenges and share examples of how they've solved them. A

degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering

, or a related field is a bonus but not a must if you've got strong hands-on skills.

Familiarity with AWS

or other cloud platforms is helpful, but not mandatory. We're happy to support your learning curve here.
