What You'll Do

Support the Lead in guiding the team on

scrum processes and tasks

, while engaging with users and customers. Design and build efficient, user-focused software programs and systems. Develop, test, and maintain

well-structured, high-quality code

that meets Software Quality Assurance standards. Produce specifications and assess operational feasibility of solutions. Integrate software components into

fully functional systems

. Document and maintain software functionality. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Automate tasks using appropriate tools and scripting. Perform validation, verification,

UAT

, and external system integration testing. Deploy applications and gather feedback to improve performance.

Qualities We Value

Hands-on experience with

Agile development

and technologies such as:

ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript/FeatherJS, Spring Boot, Git.
Familiarity with

DevOps tools

is an added advantage. Strong interest in programming with a

can-do attitude

. Fast learner, able to pick up new languages and technologies. Good communication and documentation skills. Independent, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented. Able to mentor and guide team members. Preferably

4+ years of software development experience
