Responsibilities

• Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development,

• unit test, release and implementation support.

• Develops Engineers so they can achieve their professional goals.

• Leads quarterly planning and goal setting for their respective engineering team.

• Maximizes team performance through collaboration and delegating based on team members

• strengths.

• Project manage resources and delivery of business implementation successfully.

• Engage clients & prospects and conduct technical presentation meetings.

• Design and conceptualize business solutions to match client needs

• Capture, understand and analyze client user requirements and objectives

• Engage the internal implementation team on client

• Create and implement good practices of coding, testing, and deploying

• Document solutions for IT and client reference

• Assure code review

• Conduct training on the implemented solution

• Continually improve knowledge and expertise

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline

• At least 4 years+ experience in ASP.NET MVC Entity Framework

• Have experienced in .NET

• Our benefits and compensation for permanent position are as follows:

• Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

• 1 month AWS

• Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 3 months depending on individual and company performance

• Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

• Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

• Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

• 18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)
