Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure applications. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers on best practices. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to define requirements. Conduct and facilitate code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and design principles. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption when appropriate. Contribute to improving engineering processes, tools, and frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5-8 years of professional software development experience. Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design. Experience with microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
