What the role is:You work closely with users to design and build software solutions rapidly to keep pace with Joint Intelligence Command (JIC)\'s operations.What you will be working on:Your solutions will be an important enabler for the intelligence analysts to provide accurate, timely and relevant intelligence to fulfil JIC\'s mission. Your challenge lies in understanding and keeping pace with the evolving digital and operational landscape to effectively develop software and application tools useful for users.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, with at least 6 years\' experience in software engineering. You should demonstrate expertise in designing and working with distributed systems and microservices architecture. You must be proficient in at least one programming language, but willing to work with either C#, Java or Typescript. You should also have a solid grasp in containerisation technology and comfortable with working across Docker and Kubernetes environments, and have experience with testing tools, frameworks and implementing automated tests.
