As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take strategic and technical ownership of the platforms that power our Prepaid, Heya, and GOMO products-key offerings in our digital portfolio that serve a diverse and growing customer base. This role goes beyond development; it's about being accountable for the success, stability, and evolution of the applications that deliver real value to both the business and its customers.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of these applications, from design and implementation to performance monitoring and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence how customers engage with our services-whether activating a prepaid plan, managing their account, or accessing digital support-and how internal teams deliver those services efficiently and reliably.
On top of this, the position is being repurposed as part of a broader transformation initiative to integrate with a new core platform and align more closely with IT and business strategy. This means you'll play a key role in modernizing legacy systems, driving architectural alignment, and ensuring that the applications you own are future-ready and strategically positioned to support evolving business models.
You'll collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to shape the roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and lead the delivery of new features. You'll also contribute to governance, compliance, and risk management, ensuring the application meets regulatory standards and internal policies.

Make An Impact By

• Act as the application owner for platforms supporting Prepaid, Heya, and GOMO products-overseeing their functionality, performance, and alignment with business goals.
• Lead the design and delivery of new features and enhancements, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with product managers and business teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable technical plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., architecture, infrastructure, operations) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Monitor application health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Own the application roadmap, balancing short-term fixes with long-term improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and ownership.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related areas
• 4 Years of relevant working experience
• Strong understanding of how to manage the full lifecycle of an application-from design and development to support and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product and business teams.
• Familiarity with systems like billing, CRM, provisioning, or digital self-service platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development tools, though deep technical specialization is not required.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
