Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer for a 12-month contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, create and execute test plans, and ensure adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in software testing methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Duration: 12 months contract

Working hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (8.30AM to 6.00PM / 9.00AM to 6.30PM)

Working locations: Central.

Salary up to $9000 Responsibilities

• Accelerate the delivery and overall improve the quality of products by developing and executing test plans that ensure the best possible customer experience
• Responsible in developing and supporting the growth of next-generation software architectures, show enthusiasm towards learning new technologies, and inspire innovation within the team
• Manage complex, cross-functional Program Increments, and Agile Deliveries
• Be comfortable discussing / explaining - technical decisions and trade-offs with Engineering and Management teams
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects and external customers/vendors to formalize program and project testing requirements.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience
• Atleast 4+ years of experience in Automation Framework design
• Experience writing test cases in Java, Python or Javascript / Typescript
• Experience building and executing automated scripts using automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Mocha
• Experience working on any of the UI automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, TestCafe, Playwright.
• Ability to analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, create and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report results
• Experience with Atlassian\xe2\x80\x99s suite of products
• Knowledge of server, storage, networking, virtualization, and HCI concepts is a plus
