Job Title: Senior Solution Architect - Dynamics AX & 365



Role Overview





The Senior Solution Architect leads technology transformation initiatives across Supply Chain and Manufacturing, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics AX & 365 (Finance & Operations). This role drives process optimization, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation by designing and implementing scalable ERP solutions aligned with global business strategy.

Key Responsibilities



1. Deliver end-to-end solution services for SCM & Manufacturing using Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O.





2. Gather requirements, define project scope, and customize ERP systems per business needs.





3. Ensure solutions align with IT architecture and support digital transformation initiatives.





4. Lead change management (CAB) and ensure compliant, value-driven implementations.





5. Support validation and compliance (GxP), ensuring risk mitigation in regulated environments.





6. Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics releases and best practices.

Requirements



Experience:





1. 8+ years in ERP implementation (AX 2012 / D365 F&O) within Supply Chain & Manufacturing.





2. Strong knowledge of business process analysis, reengineering, and agile frameworks.





3. Experience with MorphX/X++, SQL Server (SSRS, SSIS).





4. Exposure to regulated industries (MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare) and GxP compliance.

Skills:

1. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.





2. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, cross-functional environment.

Education:



1. Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.





Travel: As required by business needs.
