We are looking for the capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization\'s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

• Interacting with the project team to understand the requirements and help define solutions to address the clients needs.
• Lead design and architecture of OpenText ECM Projects Implementation.
• Key presenter for OpenText proposals or technical solution discussions
• Mentor for technical team for OpenText project implementation.
• Define technical solution risks for any OpenText projects/proposals..
• Analyze user requirements and perform estimations.
• Review and ensure quality of project deliverables.
• Demo project/product release to key stakeholders.
• Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy..
• Provide assistance and support with Opentext ECM technical related issues to the customers.

• Produce Technical and Operational documentations.
• Experience in preparing project deliverables such as Opentext ECM Document, etc.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral with cross-cultural competence.
• Provide assistance and support to the customers for the Security Vulnerabilities issues.
• Conceptualize, design and implement enterprise-wide system.
• architectures for ECM deployments, lead architecture sizing and scaling activities, as well as install and configure the solution.
• Understands Customer requirements and advises Customer on solution options.
• Applies expertise and mentoring to Customer during the installation and configuration of the software. Applies expert business skills and consulting methodologies to collect and analyze data.

Lead technical solution in OpenText bids/proposals.

Job Qualifications/ Skills Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimally 8-10 years of working experience in design and architecture of OpenText ECM

project implementation. * Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.

• Working experience of one or more supporting technologies: Windows Servers, Unix Networking, and Databases.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in techniques for performance testing and tuning RDBMS query performance.
• Technical Knowledge of Storage, Network and Compute (Windows, UNIX, Linux) environments.
• High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Data Management, Capacity Management, and/or Application Service Resiliency.
• Sound knowledge on application sizing and fair knowledge on HW infra.
• Understanding on RDBMS technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc. is required.
• Good knowledge in MS SQL Server database concepts.
• Good understanding of internet protocols, network and application security methods.
• Must be Singaporean.
