Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in building out the data management systems and drive the technical vision at a group function level
• Influence and contribute to an adoption and onboarding strategy to support roll out of new systems architecture for data engineering services and various applications bank-wide
• Review and onboard new on-prem and cloud data warehouse/ lake systems
• Define and manage stakeholders, their engagement, and communications throughout the lifecycle, including customers, partners, and employees; regularly engage with all stakeholders (businesses, functions and MTs, etc.) regarding objectives, strategy, and progress
• Mentor and lead the technical team

If this is you:

• More than 10 years of experience in solution Engineering and team management
• Huge advantage to be from the consulting or financial/banking space
• Well verse with designing and architecting complex data management/analytics platforms but also worked across DevOps and Infra technologies
• Must have experience in the more than half of the following Big Data stack: Hive / Kafka / Spark / Apache Airflow / Hadoop / Lambda / Pig / Kinesis
• Extensive Hands on experience in backend application using Java and Spring boot microservices
• Touched on Frontend application development using React is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and experienced working with various stakeholders

Education:

• Degree in Tech related field
• Plus point: Scrum Master Certifications
