This role is accountable for the marketing technology capabilities of Singtel within Group IT:
1. Business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining
support procedures
2. Provide ongoing operational support for marketing / campaign & customer centric personalization / decision engine solutions
3. Provide best practices and how to apply them in marketing cloud platform & customer centric personalization / decision engine platform
4. Show marketers how to best create campaign and how to manage and use data for effective marketing campaigns
5. Work with internal analytics users on their models / rules set up, as well as marketers on their offers set up on the decision engine platform for customer centric personalization
6. Collaborate with other domain experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions that involved both marketing technology and other functional areas in a project
7. Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned and conformed to the defined architecture guidelines and roadmap
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Understand business requirements and objectives in order to analyze / assess the relevant customer data-sets needed and propose actionable marketing/campaign planning process and its operations
2. Consult and guide users on their new initiatives or enhancements
3. Able to validate and challenge user requirements to ensure that appropriate due diligence is placed on requirements
4. Perform solution design and implementation related to marketing technology platforms that is in accordance with DPM Strategy & Architecture
5. Integrate and maintain marketing cloud & decision engine connector, Rest API, for real-time
data exchange and for triggering email activity, etc, as well as SFTP jobs for batch data exchange
6. Deliver or support the development of cost estimates based on the solution design
7. Review and validate solution design and cost estimation provided by IT vendors
8. Provide User Acceptance Test (UAT) support to users
9. Support broad range of marketing technology projects related to marketing campaign, customer segmentation, campaign optimization, channels effectiveness, customer centric personalization, next best offer, decision engine etc.
10. Work with internal IT teams & Partners/Vendors to deliver/implement solutions from requirements till post go-live, and ensure they deliver solutions on-time, on-budget that fulfill business requirements and functionality, operational and scalable.
