: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Reusable Artifact Development

: Design and develop reusable artifacts, modules, and assets.

Coding and Design Patterns

: Proficiently apply coding and design patterns such as MVVM, SOLID, and TDD.

Software Development Guidance

: Conduct and provide guidance in software development, testing, code reviews, and debugging.

Full Stack Engineering

: Contribute to full stack engineering efforts.

Unit Testing and Security

: Write unit tests to ensure high test coverage and compliance with industrial information security standards.

Strategic Planning

: Establish strategies and business plans to support improvements for growth, efficiency, and customer/employee satisfaction.

Business Knowledge

: Provide specific business knowledge to the team, support problem resolution, and manage escalation.

Strategy and Roadmap Planning

: Contribute to the strategic planning and development roadmap of applications, including Intranet applications.

Skills To Succeed

More than 8 years software development experience with a minimum 5 years' experience in building Android Application Design API with backend developer Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, SOA, DevOps, and security architecture. Experience building mobile apps that complies with industrial information security standards Familiar with architecture and design patterns such as TDD, Kotlin, MVVM, SOLID principals and Android framework components Minimum 3 years' experience with front-end development using Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Experience with unit testing and writing automated tests scripts Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Strong experience with version control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket). Strong communication skills, for collaborating across different stakeholders Ability to work through deadlines and meet time constraints Self starter and forward thinking Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and responsibility towards project outcomes Ability to maintain high standards for code quality, security, and user experience, ensuring that the final product is both functional and polished.
