Duties & responsibilities What this job involves The Solution Strategist is an individual dedicated to proposing realistic and scalable solutions to our Fortune 500 customers with the goal of improv Duties & responsibilities What this job involves The Solution Strategist is an individual dedicated to proposing realistic and scalable solutions to our Fortune 500 customers with the goal of improving the overall real estate and facilities management (REFM) operations through technology and process improvement. Acting as the liaison between the sales and delivery stakeholders, the role is responsible for strategizing a suitable solution to meet the needs of our customers. Providing guidance for the customer through decision-making processes regarding cost/benefit, timelines, and operational and change management issues Educating the Sales Team regarding industry best practices when applicable and identifying and following through on solutioning process improvement initiatives. Managing the intake process and provision of implementation Levels of Effort (LOEs) to the commercial teams. While on occasion working with the Delivery team to validate of LOE required. Capturing potential solutions backlog, Change Requests (CRs) and providing guidance on gaps in JLL/T Revenue Value Proposition. Sound like you To apply you need to be: Minimum Requirements Requiring a strong functional knowledge of BI and at least one IWMS application (ARCHIBUS, IBM TRIRIGA, iOffice, FM:Systems Tango, Planon, SWG etc), across multiple modules Demonstrated knowledge of Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry best practices, across multiple modules. Ability to forecast client needs, use questioning strategies, create solutions and a vision for the client and generate revenue opportunities. Understanding of Relational Databases particularly in the areas of schema structures, reporting and data integration capabilities. A understanding of Real Estate Business Process Management including organization and key internal stakeholders Experience within CRE technology implementation or Sales and Delivery Ability to create client presentations and deliver them effectively. Ability to develop new content for such presentations as well as modify existing ones. Ability to create complex project plans and budgets Ability to work autonomously to drive tasks and revenue on accounts. Ability to work on multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously Minimum of five years' experience working with IWMS solutions. Preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, including statement of work, solution specifications and process and procedure documentation. High attention to detail. Current on trends relating to technology and real estate/facilities industries. Experience in communicating and collaborating in a professional manner with all levels of corporate management. Performance objectives This role will collaborate effectively with all levels of leadership within the JLL or Client organization as a means of ensuring that their strategic initiatives are met. Employee specification B.Sc. or B.A. in related discipline or relevant experience in Corporate Real Estate
