Responsibilities:


Own and lead strategic workstreams within transversal projects, from problem framing to delivery. Translate business questions into clear hypotheses, analysis plans, and actionable recommendations. Develop coherent storylines that connect insights to business impact and drive executive decision-making. Partner with business units to measure, analyze, and improve operational efficiency, identifying root causes and opportunities for value creation. Support implementation of initiatives, tracking progress and quantifying financial and operational impact. Benchmark KPIs and processes across EDP business areas and against external best-in-class peers. Prepare concise, high-quality deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and change adoption within the organization.




Requirements:




Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent. 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation. Proven track record in problem structuring, analysis, and strategic storytelling. Familiarity with the renewables or energy sector is a strong plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -- able to structure complex issues logically. Excellent communication and storytelling ability, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Solid understanding of business drivers and KPIs; ability to translate data into actionable insights. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Highly collaborative mindset; able to build relationships and influence without authority.
