:Execute the technical aspects of AI and Data Product and solutions implementations within Jurong Port. Responsible in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data and AI management pipelines and infrastructure to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise in AI and data management technologies, and project management skills. Plan and Execution opportunities for AI and Data adoption across various business functions and define priorities for implementation in accordance with the strategic roadmap for AI and Data management implementation.Technical Expertise requirement for Data Engineering & AI implementations

• Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to process and integrate large datasets from various sources.
• Database Management: Develop and manage database schemas, tables, and views. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Data Integration: Work with APIs, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, and other data integration technologies to bring data together from disparate sources.
• Data Modelling: Create and maintain data models that support business requirements and data analysis needs.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in data processing and querying. Implement best practices for data storage and retrieval.
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor data quality metrics to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
• Algorithm Optimization: Optimize algorithms and models to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. Conduct experiments and fine-tune parameters to achieve the best results
• Model Development: Design, develop, and train machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Integration: Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications. Ensure smooth deployment and functionality in production environments.

Technical Evaluation and Implementation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI and data management solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Evaluate and select AI and Data related technologies, tools, and platforms to support implementation efforts.
• Integrate AI and Data management solutions with existing systems, infrastructure, and processes, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
• Evaluate and select data management technologies, platforms, and tools to support data architecture initiatives, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in AI and data management, analytics, and cloud computing

Project Execution

• Plan, execute and monitor AI and data implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to drive project delivery and mitigate risks.

Change Management and Adoption

• Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure successful deployment and utilization of AI technologies.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Risk Management and Compliance Responsibilities

• Identify and assess and identify risk mitigation actions associated with AI and data projects, including technical challenges, resource constraints, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating lessons learned and best practices into future projects to optimize performance and outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• Proven experience (5 years or more) in AI and/or Data engineering projects and/or practises from conception to delivery, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment. Experience with large-scale data systems and cloud platforms is preferred.
• Deep understanding of data management principles, data modeling techniques, and database technologies.
• Technical Hands on Experience with data integration, ETL processes, data governance, and metadata management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala or R.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with data processing frameworks and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Apache Kafka).
• Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Airflow).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Proficiency in data architecture tools and platforms (e.g., ERwin, SAP PowerDesigner, Informatica)
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Strong technical expertise in AI technologies and Data management, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with agile or other iterative project management methodologies is desirable.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
