We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Specialist, Expense Management.
Principal Responsibilities
Key responsibilities are to monitor and control company's expenses within the budget and costs are properly budgeted and allocated to each business units.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Planning and collecting data from various departments for budgeting and forecasting of business expenditure
Develop and maintain robust expense tools and effective budget models
Provide monthly financial performance analysis to business units
Prepare monthly closing (review actual spending and prepare accruals)
Provide monthly management reports for local and group
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements
Degree in accountancy or finance
At least 3 to 4 years relevant working experience
Knowledge and/or proficient in MS Excel and python or VBA will be preferred
Resilience and drive
Committed, meticulous and self-motivated
Excellent team player
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Time management
