Job description
In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for day to day customers' quality related inquiries and return requests
- Maintain Logistics Quality Management System related to regional customer shipments out of Distribution Centre Asia (DCA) based on ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 standard
- Enhance quality systems & tools e.g. 8Ds, FMEAs and 6 Sigma Methodologies in individual Distribution Centers (DC) / Consolidation Centers (CC)
- Cultivate Zero Defect culture through collaboration with 3rd Party Logistics partners
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Operations Management / Supply Chain & Logistics with 2 years' relevant working experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communications skills to drive quality improvements
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 standards is added advantage
- Structured, self-driven and result oriented individual, even when under pressure
