Job Description
Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the research and development of speech signal processing and recognition technologies related to Bigo\'s business.2. In charge of the cutting-edge technologies and algorithmic performance in speech recognition, pursuing and exploring the most advanced algorithms in the industry.3. Implement the engineering landing of speech direction algorithm models and develop business logic in conjunction with Bigo\'s communication, live broadcasting, and short video scenarios.Requirements:
- Master\'s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Pattern Recognition, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong engineering implementation ability, proficient in at least one deep learning framework (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Good learning ability, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Familiar with speech recognition algorithms and has practical experience in the implementation and business effect optimization of speech recognition systems.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in industrial-level large-scale data processing and model tuning.
- Candidates with experience in small language speech recognition are preferred.
- Priority will be given to those who have published papers in internationally renowned AI conferences or have won awards in ACM competitions.
