Additionally, they provide social skills training, speech and occupational therapy, educational therapy, and professional development for educators and parents. Responsibilities

Provide home-based and centred-based support for children with expressive, receptive and pragmatic social language delays, feeding and swallowing disorders

Administer standardized language tests and to prepare reports.

Conducting individual or group interventions for children with articulation difficulties, expressive and receptive

language issues and social communication difficulties.

Works collaboratively with stakeholders in planning and implementing intervention plans

Establishes and maintains regular good communication/rapport with caregivers and teachers

Qualifications and Traits

Possess a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an institution recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)

Valid practising certificate with full registration from the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)

Applicants for Senior position should possess at least five years experience working with children with

developmental disabilities
