Own overall product yield performance and key yield metrics
Drive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and excursion management while leading root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Prepare engineering reports, qualification documents, and yield summaries
Apply AI and data analytics to enhance yield prediction, detect process anomalies, and optimize manufacturing performance
Analyse large datasets using JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL to apply statistical methods to predict issues and improve process margins
Provide technical support and data for customer feedback and engineering reviews
Collaborate and work closely with OSAT partners, Supplier Quality Engineering and Customer Quality Engineering
Lead product qualification, reliability assessment, and risk mitigation
Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional technical discussions
Bachelor's or master's in electrical/Electronics/Materials Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in semiconductor product or yield engineering
Strong skills in data analytics, SPC, DOE, and statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL Spotfire)
Experience with high-volume manufacturing and NPI processes
Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on curiosity.
Able to drive decisions in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
