Job Description

We are inviting applications from passionate and qualified

Registered Nurses

to join the following departments in hospitals:

Inpatient Ward

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Emergency Department (ED)

Operating Theatre (OT)

Radiology

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patients' needs and assessments. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes in line with the care plan. Provide safe, competent, and professional nursing care at all times. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and patient outcomes. Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with the

Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

. At least

2 years of relevant experience

.

Diploma or Degree in Nursing

from an SNB-recognised training institution. Able to work

rotating shifts

, including weekends and public holidays, as scheduled. Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
