Job Description
Plan and provide nursing care to meet the patients' needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patients, treatments and conditions.
Assist in supervision of junior nurses and ancillary staff.
Requirements
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
Minimum of 1 year of ward experience
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people of all levels
* Able to perform shift duties
