Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the Superintendent in managing the Welfare Home Plan, manage, and oversee the safe and efficient delivery of quality healthcare services to residents Ensure all healthcare services comply with relevant legislation, SOPs, service standards, guidelines, and official directives Provide preventive and curative medical care to residents under the supervision and direction of medical doctor(s) Support continuous improvement of healthcare practices within the Home

Requirements:

Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Nursing

Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory, management, or leadership role

Preferably with experience in aged care, social service, or therapy-integrated environments Strong knowledge in policy development, quality management, and staff supervision
