Responsibilities:

South East Asia/Oceania RHQ Fixed Asset Management support: Asset Acquisition (Purchase), Asset registration, Asset transfer, Asset disposal, Asset replacement, Asset sales, Asset labeling)
Responsible to create Project, WBS, PO, Asset master and review FA transactions as defined by GAAP
Ensure Assets are properly categorized and lives are accurately captured in ERP system (SAP S/4Hana)
Ensure Assets are properly depreciated or amortized accordingly
Ensure Assets are properly disposed upon sale or disposition with appropriate documentations
Responsible to co-ordinate with relevant parties (SDSAP procurement team, external vendors, HQ, Vietnam factory, etc.) of IT Assets purchases
Responsible to provide support to staff for replacement of consumable IT Assets
Responsible to manage IT Assets\' collection and Issurance for RHQ employees\' Exit Clearance & New hire
Responsible to check PC availability and issue when there is PC replacement request from Existing staff
Responsible to raise disposal pumi if IT assets are faulty, irreparable or end the life
Responsible to conduct asset scrap withness at scrap vendor site
Provide Monthly/Quarterly FA reporting
Conduct Physical Fixed asset counts half yearly
Perform testing on ERP system enhancement functionalities created by headquarter team
Liaise with external/internal auditors in relations to audit queries

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience. Candidate with no experience is welcome to apply
SAP FI, S/4HANA, Finance SSC experiences are strong pluses
Highly motivated and competent individual with good inter-personal and communication skills
Strong ability to seek information and problem solving, and to recommend solutions for issue arises
Someone who has positive attitude and a good team player
Proficient in Excel
This role will be 1 year contract, subject to renewal
