Senior/ Staff Specialist Engineering Sample Management

Job Description
We are looking for a Engineering Sample Management expert to support the development team in fulfilling engineering samples for internal and external customers.
In your new role you will:
- Supports the development team in fulfilling engineering samples for internal and external customers
- Drive engineering sample orders to FrontEnd (Wafer-fab + Test) and backend (Assembly + Test) with good sampling plans
- Coordinates and drive FrontEnd and BackEnd partners for samples execution, capacities readiness, and prioritization
- Monitor and mitigate any samples delivery schedules/commitment from both FrontEnd and BackEnd fabs
- Plans upcoming Samples activities to secure FE and BE capacity
- Identify risk and provide mitigations on sampling plan and executions
- Support and align samples prioritization
- Drive capacity optimization during execution
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Project Management skills (planning and organizing, risk management and communication)
- Good understanding of semiconductors production flow and Product &Test engineering
- Know how in FE/BE Semiconductor manufacturing process flow
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good planning and organization skill
