The CSA division supplies sensors that bridge the gap between the world we live in and the digital world of machines. By converting physical signals - heartbeats, sounds, light waves - into data, we enable robots, cars and other devices to interact with people and improve our world. What drives CSA is a relentless desire to contribute to technology and have a meaningful impact on the world. This business thrives on solving complex problems and partnering with global leaders at the forefront of technological advancement. Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.
External Forecast Alignment: Own the process for sharing the consolidated 18-month rolling demand forecast with designated key suppliers (Foundries, OSATs) to initiate capacity planning cycles.
Capacity Commitment: Receive, analyze, and challenge supplier capacity commitments, ensuring alignment with forecast and internal inventory/service level goals.
Lead External Capacity Gap Closure: Drive and facilitate dedicated meetings (e.g., Forecast Review, Capacity Gap Closure) with internal and external stakeholders to understand demand/forecast changes, define clear capacity gap closure action plans, and secure necessary supply.
System Capacity Maintenance: Model and maintain confirmed external supplier capacity data in the Advanced Planning System (APS) as basis for the internal supply planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
Bottleneck Identification: Proactively identify potential capacity risks, trade-offs, and supply bottlenecks at the external supplier level, and escalate critical issues to S&OP, Supplier Planning, Operations and Procurement leadership.
Relationship Management: Support the strategic supplier relationship by coordinating business meetings and preparing materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key external partners.
Data Accuracy: Set-up and monitor key supplier performance indicators (KPIs) related to capacity commitment accuracy and adherence.
Coordinate and prepare the monthly external S&OP report-out detailing supplier capacity performance, risks, and proposed action items for Management Team (MT) review.
Govern and standardize modeling of external capacities, driving requirements for advanced planning system enhancements.
Integrate Product Lifecycle Management (NPI/EOL) into the capacity planning process to proactively manage demand transitions
Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Supplier/ External Capacity Management
Essential experience within the semiconductor manufacturing environment (Foundry or OSAT exposure is highly preferred).
Proven experience in managing complex, long-lead-time supplier relationships in a high-volume, high-mix setting.
Strong hands-on experience in an end-to-end Supply Chain, Logistics, or Factory Planning function.
Advanced Planning Systems (APS): Working proficiency in Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder) specifically related to capacity modeling and supplier interface modules.
Data & Analytics: Proficiency in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI) for monitoring supplier performance and analyzing large datasets.
* ERP Systems: Solid working knowledge of ERP system logic (e.g., SAP) related to Purchase Orders and master data impacting external supply.
