This position is responsible to drive the overall store development working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage the design, planning and execution of our retail stores, both existing and new, ensuring that the store designs align with brand guidelines, customer in-store experience and security requirements.The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, technical expertise and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review store design and layout plan to ensure alignment with brand identity, customer experience and security requirements.



Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure design feasibility and constructability.



Support the preparation and review of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts for retail stores.



Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to datelines, budgets and quality standards.



Facilitate communication between internal departments and third-party vendors to resolve design and planning issues promptly.



Conduct store visits to oversee store construction and ensure compliance with approved plans, safety regulations and retail standards.



Prepare reports and presentations on project status, design updates, and risk assessments.Maintain comprehensive project documentation.



Stay updated on industry trends, new construction technologies, and best practices in retail store design.
