Our client is a MNC retailer of personal care and beauty products Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Store Manager to be part of their ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment of together with HR department
- Maintain and managed employee turnover and absenteeism
- Provide trainings to new staff to ensure that they are able to integrate into the environment
- Liaise with the training department on training schedule and training plans for the staff
- Coordinate with Country Manager on individual and KPIs and set targets for the team during daily briefing
- Conduct performance review with the store team when required, provide feedbacks for improvement and manage internal promotions and transfers when required.
- Managed day to day store operation such as rosters, daily traffic, sales trends to fully utilize the team resource.
- Manage daily store operations, achieving store sales and ensure customers receive great service experience
- Ensure that the team know the store events and promotions well.
- Have meetings with the Country Manager on competitors\xe2\x80\x99 promotions and produce actions plan.
- Forecast store sales and KPI and come out with action plans on weekly and monthly and monitor closely the store Profit and Loss
- Build and manage strong relationship with loyal customers and resolve any feedbacks
- Responsible and ensure that the store is in good condition for operation.
- Monitor the stock inventory to ensure that guideline and standard are followed
- Work with Supply Chain Team on any stock issue.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
- Min 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in store operations or sales management with 3 years in managerial experience
- Strong experience in retail, FMCG and hospitality industry will be an added bonus
- Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Proficient in MS Office
