About the CEO Office
The role of the CEO Office is to enable the business to achieve its ambitions by initiating, orchestrating and executing independent projects across 4 key pillars of activity; Executive Planning and Reporting; Strategic Business Cycle Planning; Enterprise Governance, and Business Development. Our activities usually require coordination with, and cooperation from, a lot of different functions and stakeholders, with a strong need for functional specific and wider business understanding. As a result, having a team with a diverse set of skills and mindset is crucial.
About the Role
This role is based in Singapore and reports into the Business Planning Manager - CEO Office.
Working across the CEO Office, and with many different functions, this role will research internally and externally for insight, undertake financial and non-financial analysis / modelling and use structured thinking to solve problems and support strategic decision-making. Building the findings into clear, well-presented and concise stories is an important part of what you will do to ensure our work has impact. Being able to judge what is important and what is less of a priority is a skill that will be continuously developed.
You will need to work well with a variety of people across the organisation and the globe, collaborating but also challenging when necessary - authenticity is very important. You will learn a lot quickly across a wide range of topics. A wide range of knowledge, a curious nature and a structured forensic mind will be useful tools.
A significant part of the role will revolve around reporting, which will be a key opportunity for the analyst to understand more about the business at a high level. From supply chain, to markets, to finance, the analyst will get an opportunity to understand the business from an end-to-end perspective, and should utilise that knowledge to drive a higher level of strategic thinking.

Be the owner of data sets and have those data sets be used as a resource for the ad hoc projects and the wider business (e.g. Dyson Target Households)

There are times when we have to put in long hours to get things done and hit deadlines. Please don\'t apply if you only want to do 9-to-5
