Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations and staff Monitor daily cleaning deployment Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and requirements Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of commercial properties Address feedback and resolve on-site issues promptly Provide assistance with cleaning tasks if required Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

Completed secondary school and WSQ certification course in cleaning supervision 3 years' relevant experience in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of cleaning methods including the appropriate use of various chemicals Hands-on approach with strong supervisory skills to maintain high standard of cleanliness Familiar with cleaning chemicals and safety regulations Ability to perform manual work when required Team player with good oral and communication skills * Ability to work a 6-days work week with rotating shifts, off day based on schedule/roster
