Job Description
_Position: Senior Supervisor - Maintenance
Location: Ang Mo Kio_
- Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri 8:30 \xe2\x80\x93 5pm, Sat 8:30 \xe2\x80\x93 12pm
- Performance Bonus: Yes, based on working performance
- Annual Leave: 10 days
- To provide advice / consultation / solutions to team
- Assist with documentation
- Risk Assessment
- Maintenance Schedule
- Inspection Schedule
- Contract Renewal (if required)
- Assist team attending to BMU breakdown if required.
- Resolve electrical and mechanical/machinery issues in local source.
- Communicate and/or source for suppliers for required parts/services.
- Communicate with BMU suppliers to resolve BMU faults and parts replacement.
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
- Construction site: 1 year (Preferred)
- Maintenance Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
