Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Installation works for electrical, security, telephone and data, plumbing works and other technical repair and maintenance work.
• Site supervision which includes but not limited to supervising workers on-site and subcontractors to ensure that work is performed safely and as per our timeline.
• Performs and oversee night works as per superior\xe2\x80\x99s instructions.
• Site coordination work which includes coordination amongst various stakeholders on site to ensure work alignment.
• General works which includes but not limited to such as cleaning of job sites and work premises.
• Performs administrative duties as required by superior.
• Enforcement of safety measures on job sites to ensure compliance with risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Highlight any potential hazards and issues at job sites and update superior.
• Inspection of materials that are delivered to the job sites to ensure items received are of accurate specifications and as per our requirements.
• Seek approval from Superior for procurement of materials for the sites.
• Handles warewashers related matters including but not limited to delivery, installation, commission, repair and maintenance, troubleshooting and performs checks on use of appropriate chemicals for our warewashers.
• Handles and resolve issues on site, including but not limited to technical issues, and provides timely updates to superior.
• Timely report to superior on progress of work and on any potential delays.
• Attend to site meetings if required.
• Adhoc-duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Possesses at least a Diploma in electrical power engineering
• Candiate with electrical license and/or WSH related qualifications would be an added advantage
• Able to perform plumbing works, electrical works, paint works and other tasks as assigned
• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking and english speaking associates
• Able to read/understand layout plans and performs AutoCAD drawings
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Singapore
• Willing to work beyond contractual working hours (overtime would be paid) and on weekends and on public holidays
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, words, powerpoint)
• Experience in dishwashing machine or warewashing machine would be an added advantage
