The

Senior Survey Technician

is responsible for leading the preparation, integration, testing, and maintenance of survey, positioning, and subsea equipment used in offshore oil & gas operations. This role ensures that all survey systems are configured, calibrated, and functioning to the highest standards before and during deployment. Working closely with Survey Engineers, Project Surveyors, and Technical Leads, the Senior Survey Technician provides hands-on technical expertise in equipment troubleshooting, offshore mobilization, and quality control. The position also supports mentoring of junior survey technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all workshop and offshore activities in accordance with NOR Offshore Rental's QHSE and 5S standards.


This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge of marine survey systems, an excellent understanding of offshore operations, and the ability to work effectively under challenging offshore conditions.
