Responsibilities Participates in implementation of new ERP system specifically for Leasing Management. Works with other coordinators of systems that will integrate with ERP Leasing module to rebuild integration links for CRM, POS, carpark, CapitaStar loyalty and PA budgeting. Coordinates with country and business unit team to prepare, cleanse and transform data. Carry out SIT and UAT for initial system rollout and subsequent planned changes to system. Prepares training contents and conduct end-users training sessions. Works with project implementer and AMS provider to resolve users' issues. Requirements Candidate must possess a degree in Information System. Additional qualifications in Business Admin or in Real Estate are added advantage. Candidate should have more than 5 years of IT system implementation and support experience. Exposure to Leasing module of Anacle's Simplicity, Yardi Voyager or SAP is a pre-requisite. Business exposure should include shopping mall/office leasing, tenant billing, deposit management and process integrations with Finance, Facility Management, Carpark and Asset Management functions. Candidate must have excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills.
