INSEAD is hiring for a Senior System Analyst (Eloqua) to join our Information Technology Department. This is a permanent and full-time position that will be based at our Asia Campus in Singapore, One-North.
Reporting to Manager of CRM Systems, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining current Oracle Eloqua tech stack operations, which includes backlog of incidents and changes. In addition, they will lead or participate in new projects and enhancements, either with external vendors or internal teams.
Key Responsibilities will include
Oversee day-to-day support activities for Eloqua. Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and configuration issues
Work with business analysts and stakeholders on stories (change requests) clarification, prioritization and delivery
Perform data quality analysis, data alignments, mass data correction, and propose enhancement for better data governance
Maintain Oracle Eloqua integrations with Salesforce and other SystemsProvide technical direction for Projects related to Eloqua and its integrations
Ensure smooth testing, non-regression and delivery of Eloqua enhancements
Perform data migration
Communicate and coordinate with IT teams and business stakeholdersUnderstand, promote, and enforce data standards
Eloqua governance and best practices with users
Develop and maintain marketing automation technical documentation
Guide training development for some functions/features/rollouts
Work cross-functionally with business teams related to CRM integrations
To be successful in this role, you should have
A degree in Information Technology or related fields.
At least 5 years of strong hands-on experience with Eloqua will be required. Those with certifications in Eloqua will be a plus.
Comfortable to work with marketing data, perform analysis and alignment.
Experience with system integrations with Eloqua e.g. API integrations using either Mulesoft or other methods.
Good to have some experience with SQL, Javacript, HTML, Salesforce.
