• Responsible for securing sales opportunities together with the sales team to achieve annual sales/ order target
• Provide support to the sales team, including training the sales team and customers on Building Management solutions
• Prepare technical proposals and support the tendering process
• Provide technical governance, risk management and value add engineering during the sales (S2 review) and project execution stages
• Provide support for 3rd party system integration & complex solution development, testing and implementation
• Provide 2nd level expertise support to the internal services team, customer care and quality team
• Animate the System Architect community to transform into a cohesive, collaborative group able to share respective domain knowledge, learn and leverage each other\xe2\x80\x99s experiences with customer success
• Provide engineering leadership on the development of skills and competencies to be a trusted advisor
• Provide coaching and mentoring

• Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related Degree
• 5 - 10 years of working experience
• System integration, building systems design, facility management, energy management
• End-user approach, solution selling
• Innovative and has strong passion for Energy Efficiency and Building Management solutions
• Pro-active and self-motivated team player
• Go-getter overachiever with great aptitude for sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presenter and able to communicate fluently with customers
• Able to work independently
• IT system and network system know-how
• Exposure to projects sales and/or execution in country
• Good sense of customer service
• Leadership and analytical skills
