Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design of the technical solution for the instrumented live training system to be delivered
- Ensures that the System design and implementation meets all requirements and address the entire system live cycle.
- Identifies system hazards and proposes mitigation measures to ensure that the delivered system is safe
- Lead and Supervise engineers on their tasks throughout the life cycle of the project.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Educational Qualification (& discipline): Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or related fields
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in systems design
- Good analytical skills to translate operational needs into technical requirements
- Good communication skills
- Prior knowledge in systems engineering in military projects would be an added advantage
- Conversant in Programme Management practices.
