We are seeking a Senior System Engineer with proficiency in multiple programming languages and strong system engineering knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will develop and integrate diverse systems while working closely with our customers to co-create solutions. Your contributions will be vital in delivering our cutting-edge Air Simulator project to end users.

Be Part of Our Success

Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate their subsystems (e.g., instructor software, bots, 3D modeling) into a seamless, unified simulator experience. Develop messaging systems to enable communication between different, including legacy, systems. Utilize the company's software development tools and frameworks as adopted by the project team. Produce engineering documentation to capture requirements, design details, and testing processes within the team.

Qualities We Value

Strong knowledge of system design principles is essential to effectively develop and integrate complex systems. Self-motivated with the ability to work well within a team, thriving in our collaborative culture. Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with end users and customers are advantageous. Solid knowledge or practical experience in multiple programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, and JavaScript, along with multi-threading, is a plus. Familiarity with distributed simulation technologies such as HLA and DIS is an added advantage. Proven experience at least 5 years in System Engineering and Software development
