Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual with experience and skill sets to facilitate IT workplanning and advance RHS portfolio of initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in planning the workplan, materializing the planned projects and fostering continuous improvement within the organization.
Role & Responsibilities

• Facilitate IT Workplanning
• Track projects from budget submission to approvals, implementation and post-implementation reviews
• Partner and work closely with Business users, IT Project Managers and other staff to ensure that projects are conducted in accordance to SingHealth governance policies
• Assess current PMO operations, processes, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to drive process improvements and efficiency
• Present reports and facilitates prioritisation and approval conversations at senior committees
• Excellent written and communications with staff in other departments will be key, including the ability to relate confidently and professionally to others
• Attention to detail and high level of numeracy ie. able to analyse budgets and verify the various elements
• Perform secretariat duties for selected workgroups or forums
• Perform administration matters such as invoice verification etc
• Undertake any other requests as assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders
• Possess strong analytical skills and keen ability to manage difficult situations
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Driven, proactive mindset, able to be a team player as well as work independently
• Experience as a project lead for small to mid-scale enhancements/projects is an added advantage
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
