Roles and Responsibilities:

The Software Deployment Engineer assists in the developing of and implementation of the deployment plan for new systems development or enhancements required. He/She recommends process improvements to ensure system availability, by working with the Onboarding, Business Analyst and Operation teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications. He/she will be required to analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner. He/she will develop and maintain the deployment systems and work with the management to develop the deployment specifications and configurations. Acting as a primary customer contact for any deployment related inquires and issues, and develop the deployment documentations for customers.

He/She is open-minded and innovative in exploring new and alternative solutions to optimise systems. He/She is able to engage and support others in the team, and readily put forth his/her ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

Assist in developing and implementation of deployment plan for customers including workflow profiling, data migration, training and product support.

Act as primary customer contact for deployment related inquiries and issues.

Develop deployment support documentations (e.g. training, workflows advisory) for customers.

Support various environment deployments (e.g. test, training and production) through a standardize operational workflow.

Communicate with Operation and other roles dedicate to support the system, and update to database systems etc. with regards to deployment information.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Ability to work well with others on a team.

Understanding of standard protocols/technologies such as DNS/WINS, TCP/IP, FTP, Active Directory, HTTP/S etc

Technical understanding of the home or small office networking and end user computing knowledge such as Operating System certificate, folder permission, Printers, Router etc.

Experience with remote tool and powershell scripting a plus.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate well.
