Our client is local leader in the
F&B
industry. They are looking for aSenior Talent Acquisition Executive
to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Redhill area - easily accessible.Responsibilities:
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and offer management Conduct onboarding sessions and manage documentation for new hires Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business goals Use various sourcing methods: job portals, social media, events, referrals Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation Oversee performance reviews, confirmations, and disciplinary processes Conduct exit interviews and provide retention insights Regularly engage with frontline staff to support HR needs All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in HR or other relevant field of studies Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in inhouse recruitment
