Responsibilities:
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
Conduct onboarding sessions and manage documentation for new hires
Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business goals
Use various sourcing methods: job portals, social media, events, referrals
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation
Oversee performance reviews, confirmations, and disciplinary processes
Conduct exit interviews and provide retention insights
Regularly engage with frontline staff to support HR needs
All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in HR or other relevant field of studies
Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in inhouse recruitment
