:Position : Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - APACLocation : SingaporeWork Hours : 40 hours / week.Work Model : HybridAbout the Role:We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Singapore, supporting our Business Units (BUs) across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Funds, Corporate & Legal Solutions (CLS), Global Capital Markets (GCM), and Shared Services BUs.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with BU leaders and HR to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Build strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing methods.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on APAC region.
• Experience recruiting for BUs such as Funds, CLS, GCM, and Shared Services is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends in APAC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
