Our client is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance their HR team.This vital role involves leading the recruitment strategy, optimizing hiring processes, and building a strong talent pipeline, supporting the company\'s growth and development.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify recruitment targets aligned with the company\'s business development needs, define job requirements, and develop and execute recruitment plans.
• Analyze and optimize the effectiveness of various recruitment channels, expanding and refining these channels to build a robust recruitment network.
• Lead and manage recruitment projects and activities, ensuring the achievement of set goals and objectives.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement, optimize recruitment processes, reduce cycles, and enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Establish and maintain a talent pool, proactively sourcing candidates for key roles within the company.
• Participate in organizational development initiatives as needed.

• Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment management experience, specifically in the IT industry; semiconductor sector experience is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, familiar with recruitment workflows, and aware of emerging recruitment channels.
• Proactive, eager to learn, with strong logical thinking, clear-minded, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High level of responsibility, exceptional execution skills, able to perform well under pressure, and willing to travel as needed.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, passionate about recruitment and ambitious for success.
