Job Description
Bachelor's DegreeWith at least 2 years of experience in Telecom industries especially in FTTH networks and Equipment.
With troubleshooting capabilities and can use common network analysis tools.
Familiar with computer network and TCP/IP protocols.
A hardworking and detailed oriented individual who can work independently.
With good communication skills (Good command of English language, written and spoken).
Can work overtime, graveyard, and holiday duties, if needed.
Microsoft Office Proficient (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.).
With CCNA or CCNP license can be will be given priority
Responsible for troubleshooting, activation, and maintenance of FTTH equipment (OLT and ONU) of minor projects.
Handles issues, troubles, NOC support, upgrading, and testing related to OLT and ONU equipment of minor projects.
Onsite troubleshooting in urgent and critical network troubles during the night shift, weekend, and overtime.
Perform inventory and reports of current OLT and ONU equipment assigned to minor projects.
5. Coordinates and provide assistance to the client on troubleshooting concerns/ issues.
6. Perform functionality testing of FTTH equipmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
