Job Description

Design projects & determine the right technologies for a particular application to meet the requirement of clients Evaluate & propose alternative solution & system integration for the overall project plan Ensure system compliance with regulatory bodies & standards Knowledge of relevant IEC & UL standards Manage project scope, cost, schedule & quality of work from site preparation stage till project completion & handover to clients Work with agencies, clients & contractors on any technical issues Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, quality standard procedure, safety requirements & in a timely manner Provide regular progress update reports Perform planning, scheduling & implementing project maintenance works Carry out troubleshooting, test, repair & installation works as & when required Planning, cost control, work measurement & collection of performance data Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Engineering Manager which is necessary for the execution of the project Ensure project technical issues are monitored, resolved & escalated where appropriate

Job Requirement:

Degree or Bachelor in Engineering (Power / Electrical or related discipline preferred) At least 3 years in system design & engineering and project management Knowledge of codes such as the IEC, Singapore Standards and practices Working knowledge of standard electrical calculations, basic structural & mechanical calculation Competence in AutoCAD is a must Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Good documentation & report writing skills Must be able to apply new technologies Able to work independently * Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and contractors
