Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Main Duties and Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Maintain plant safety equipment through routine checks to ensure compliance to EHS policies.xc2xb7 Ensure safe working conditions through implementing corrective actions to maintain equipment and process condition within safe operating limits.xc2xb7 Maintain proper inventory and database of various types of chemical usage.xc2xb7 Oversee the plant operator to ensure smooth daily operations of wastewater treatment plant, such as completion of all routine tasks required (i.e. monitor process parameters, plant patrolling, data logging and housekeeping).xc2xb7 Monitor wastewater process parameters according to the specifications and ensure compliance with relevant agencies' effluent discharge compliances.xc2xb7 Arrange and maintain proper records of water samples collection for laboratory analysis testing and submission to PUB monthly.xc2xb7 Liaise and coordinate with vendors for deliveries and waste/sludge disposal.xc2xb7 Identify, monitor, and track all M&E and buildings' defects and coordinate with appointed contractors for rectification till completion.xc2xb7 Ensure execution of preventive / predictive maintenance to identify and prepare equipment for maintenance before breakdown.xc2xb7 Ensure all licenses and permits are renewed in a timely manner.xc2xb7 Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.Job Requirements:xc2xb7 Minimum Higher/NITEC/Diploma in Engineeringxc2xb7 At least 5 years of relevant working experience in facilities management in built environment.xc2xb7 Experience in wastewater treatment plant will be an added advantage.xc2xb7 Knowledge in buildings' codes and authorities' requirements.xc2xb7 Troubleshooting skills and Problem-solving skills.xc2xb7 Effective team player with good communication skills and high self-motivation.xc2xb7 Good working attitude and able to work under minimum supervision.xc2xb7 Good interpersonal skills, writing skill and proficient in Microsoft Office.Specialization : Facilities Management
