What the role is:

• To manage (monitor, supervise & inspect) contractor\'s works \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise and coordinate with stakeholders for survey & work \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform audit supervision & inspection or other duties that is tasked

What you will be working on:

• To manage (monitor, supervise & inspect) contractors on works (mainly MEP systems) \xe2\x80\xa2 Night duties will be assigned if the works after operation hours are required \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and liaise with other end users/stakeholders for the project matters/site works \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure/Audit safety precautions and requirements are enforced on site \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct inspections to ensure that all MEP works are carried out in accordance to approved drawings, project specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend all visual inspections, testing and commissioning for all MEP services including defect rectifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate handover after commissioning of projects to stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

What we are looking for:

• Diploma or equivalent or higher education with 5 years of relevant experience with mechanical/ electrical knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 \'O\' level + Nitec or equivalent education with 10 years of relevant experience can be considered \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task and possess strong sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently in a fast pace working environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player who is able to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing and able to work on shift work, weekends and public holidays, when necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Class 3 driving license \xe2\x80\xa2 Related experience in construction and A&A works and familiar with Building / infrastructure MEP systems, regulatory requirement and works processes Preferred credentials: \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant WSH certifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with building trades, authorities\' submission and requirement other than MEP systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience as a developer representative
