Job Description

What the role is:

• To manage (monitor, supervise & inspect) contractor's works To liaise and coordinate with stakeholders for survey & work To perform audit supervision & inspection or other duties that is tasked

What you will be working on:

• To manage (monitor, supervise & inspect) contractors on works (mainly MEP systems) Night duties will be assigned if the works after operation hours are required Coordinate and liaise with other end users/stakeholders for the project matters/site works Ensure/Audit safety precautions and requirements are enforced on site Conduct inspections to ensure that all MEP works are carried out in accordance to approved drawings, project specifications Attend all visual inspections, testing and commissioning for all MEP services including defect rectifications Facilitate handover after commissioning of projects to stakeholders Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

What we are looking for:

• Diploma or equivalent or higher education with 5 years of relevant experience with mechanical/ electrical knowledge \'O\' level + Nitec or equivalent education with 10 years of relevant experience can be considered Able to multi-task and possess strong sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently in a fast pace working environment Team player who is able to work independently Willing and able to work on shift work, weekends and public holidays, when necessary Class 3 driving license Related experience in construction and A&A works and familiar with Building / infrastructure MEP systems, regulatory requirement and works processes Preferred credentials: Relevant WSH certifications Familiarity with building trades, authorities\' submission and requirement other than MEP systems Experience as a developer representative
